Strategic Infusion was founded by Janelle Crawford in 2021. She grew up in Connecticut and settled in Georgia in October of 2002. She is a Retired Army Veteran with 30+ years of combined service in the military and federal government.
Janelle still serves in the federal government. She retired from the Army in June 2014 after working in the Aviation, acquisition, and training fields for various military units in Connecticut and Georgia.
Janelle has a Master’s Degree in Public Administration (2016) and Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Management (2014) in addition to several military and federal certifications. She is a subject matter expert in developing, conducting and facilitating training for small and large groups and is a certified trainer. She has a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma.
Janelle is passionate about helping others and the importance of process improvement, she is an analytical problem solver with proven experience creating efficient and effective solutions. She enjoys identifying and assisting with professional challenges faced by businesses, brands and professionals. In her spare time, Janelle enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling to new destinations and volunteering with various organizations.
